About Loralisa
Experience:
I have enjoyed working in the field of elder care since 1999.
- In addition to my private practice, I was the Psychological Consultant at an Adult Day Healthcare Center for 6 years, providing mental health services to older adults, as well as adults with serious mental illness.
- I helped create the care consultation program at the San Diego Alzheimer’s Association, providing individualized support and guidance to Alzheimer’s family caregivers.
- As a geriatric care manager, I helped older adults optimize their quality of life while living safely in their homes.
- I worked as a social worker for San Diego Hospice, providing dignity and support for patients and their families during the end of life.
- Clinical Supervision: I am available to provide weekly clinical supervision for MSW's working toward their LCSW. I enjoy the supervision and teaching process in helping social workers advance their skills and careers.
